White is easily the most useful for visibility in combat, and the default download link includes only the white version.
This mod allows you to utilize a more apparent health bar without the use of colorblind mode and it's ugly move click arrow colors. That also means this only works with colorblind mode disabled.
Note: The red, blue, purple, or silver colors are especially disadvantageous in that they make it difficult to discern between enemies, teammates, magic shields, or regular shields, respectively. Other colors such as grey or green may be otherwise bad since they lack contrast in general.
