Third Release

VFX and SFX of old Creator Viktor is added. Ultimate is not bugged on Creator's old VFX.

Full Machine's old Ultimate VFX is no longer bugged.

Base Viktor and Prototype Viktor's old ultimate VFX is still bugged and will be addressed in the next release.

Second Release

Healthbars are fixed.

VO works again and is also featured on the Prototype skin.

All texture issues regarding Death Sworn and others skins are fixed.
