These licensing terms ("Licensing Terms") are entered into by and between You and Natoken LLC. ("Company", "we" or "us"). The following terms and conditions govern all content licensing on RuneForge and establish the relationship between RuneForge's platform terms and individual content licenses.

Platform Terms Precedence By uploading content to RuneForge, you acknowledge and agree that these Licensing Terms and RuneForge's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Content Rules, and Copyright Policy (collectively, "Platform Terms") take precedence over any individual content licenses you may apply to your content. No individual license may override or contradict the Platform Terms. In the event of any conflict between an individual content license and the Platform Terms, the Platform Terms shall prevail.

Content Availability and Distribution When you upload content to RuneForge, you grant us full authority over content availability and distribution through our platform in accordance with our Terms of Use. Individual content licenses may not be used to:

  • Remove content from the platform without valid terms violation
  • Restrict platform-authorized access to content
  • Override RuneForge's distribution systems
  • Discriminate against specific users or groups
  • Circumvent platform moderation decisions

Individual licenses that attempt to restrict these platform rights shall be considered void to the extent of such restriction.

License Revocation Individual license revocation or modification shall not affect:

  • Content availability on RuneForge
  • Platform-authorized uses of content
  • RuneForge's distribution rights
  • User rights granted by Platform Terms

Any attempt to use license revocation or modification to circumvent Platform Terms is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited License Terms Individual licenses must not contain terms that:

  • Contradict or attempt to override Platform Terms
  • Enable targeted harassment of users
  • Allow arbitrary revocation of platform-granted rights
  • Discriminate against users or groups
  • Impede platform operations
  • Restrict platform-authorized distribution

Any such terms shall be considered void and unenforceable on RuneForge.

License Enforcement RuneForge maintains sole authority to:

  • Resolve licensing disputes
  • Override individual license terms that conflict with Platform Terms
  • Control content availability and distribution
  • Moderate content and enforce Platform Terms
  • Make binding decisions regarding license interpretation

Users seeking content usage revocation must provide substantial evidence of Platform Terms violations. RuneForge reserves the right to override any licensing decisions deemed arbitrary or discriminatory.

Modification of Terms RuneForge reserves the right to modify these Licensing Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modified terms. All parties agree to be bound by RuneForge's interpretation and enforcement of these terms.
