This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use www.runeforge.io, or the RuneForge App ("Service" or "Website"), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

• Through mobile and desktop applications you download from this Website, which provide dedicated non-browser-based interaction between you and this Website.

Natoken LLC. is the data controller for data collected through RuneForge.

When you create an account, we collect:

• Your email

• Your username

• Your display name

• Your profile picture

• Your OAuth application data (ex: GitHub or Discord ID)

This data is used to identify you and display your profile. It will be linked to your projects.

When you view a project page or download a file from RuneForge, we collect:

• Your IP address

• Your user ID (if applicable)

• The project viewed and/or the file downloaded

• Your country

• Some additional metadata about your connection (HTTP headers)

This data is used to monitor automated access to our service and deliver statistics.

When you use the RuneForge App to play RuneForge projects, we collect:

• Your IP address

• Your user ID

• The amount of time the project was played for

• The project played

• Some additional metadata about the projects you're playing (loaders and game versions)

This data is used to deliver statistics.

When you interact with the RuneForge App or the Website, we collect the following:

• Your IP address

• Your anonymized user ID

• The time the interaction happened

• Some additional metadata about the device you are on

• Some additional metadata about each interaction

This data is used to deliver statistics.

View data and download data are anonymized 24 months after being recorded. All personal information will be removed from those records during anonymization.
Data is retained indefinitely. We do not delete any data unless you request it.

We use some third-party services to make RuneForge run. Please refer to each of their privacy policies for more information:

Data that we specifically collect isn't shared with any other third party. We do not sell any data.

Database access is limited to the minimum amount of Natoken LLC. employees required to run the service.
Data is stored in a jurisdiction that is part of the European Economic Area (EEA), encrypted both in storage and in transit.

We use statistics to conduct marketing and advertising through Aditude.

We use cookies to log you into your account and save your cosmetic preferences.

RuneForge does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in RuneForge. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.
