NO FF (Automatic No Vote)

Alternate Versions:
- Don't remove K/DA from game header
- Disable the ability to enable Team / All Chat
Overview:
- Automatically vote no.
- Remove the surrender button from the escape menu.
- Removes the FF popup altogether.
