inspired by gurusz1 & Aropatnik old icon mod, fixed the missing one, fixed the id issues and added some custom one + enabled the tier 3 feets boots icons Muhfack edit :

• made some choice about item that have 2 old icons to pick the one who feel the most like old league imo
• kept some new icons like spirit visage, warmog, fon or refill pot because the old icons was a bit innacuratly drawn (no offense) and the new one kept the icon spirit with just a visual update
• fused the two old icon of randuin to get best of both world the first one lacked back ground the second one item iconwas weirdly shaped so i made a custom one with both

I strongly recommand getting the Aropatnik "Summoner spell 2024" for the old flash tp etc icon and the "patch 13 18 icon update revert" + some other icon for champ that got updated like ahri jax cait
