Overview:

Removes tons of unnecessary and annoying garbage from the HUD.

Objective vote popup.
All "X-Champion Has Slain Y-Objective" or "X-Champion Pentakill" announcement banners. (The text isn't removed, only icons and stylized borders are gone.)
All of the Feats announcement banners, alongside the above.
New Spectate Death Recap and the old DR Showcase "Press 'n' to hide" (if they ever bring that garbage back).
"You can't buy items once you leave fountain" ARAM/SR sidebar popup.
On-death health bar crumble animations.
Spell Shield and Invulnerable animated sheen. (The purple/gold health bar border is still there, this is just the sheen animation.)
All tutorial arrows.
Suggested spell Level-Up sheen and arrow.
Anything labeled voice chat.
Item shop minimap icon. (A little dot that indicates where the shopkeeper is.)
Team scores and your K/DA. This is clutter, and is visible on the scoreboard.
Camera lock, settings, jungle, voice chat, and clickable pings minimap buttons.
Special quest popups (Morgana vs. Aatrox)
Any and hopefully all random and needless highlights or sheen effects designed to grab your attention.
