Did some resizing to match better with third party jungle overlays. Also now there is less of a gab between the minimap and team champion icons.

Minimap simplifyer. Removes toggle jungle path button and removes objective bounty notification. Removes always on screen visible leaguevoice, camera and general setting. There are still two things i am working on fixing, for example; moving the team icons and enemy death icons a bit lower to scale better with the map. I was not able to make the now transparent border accessible for movement commands. It still acts a border and i rly hope to fix this some time. I just couldnt figure it out.
